Doorstep Selling Rules

From 01/10/08 all contracts made away from a company's business premises will be subject to the new doorstep selling rules. Basically any contract with a value of over £35.00 made at your home or your work place will be subject to a minimum cooling off period of 7 days. If you require the work to start or parts ordered before the 7 day cooling off period you will be required to sign a waver to the cooling off period.
